Business Analyst - Retail

Description:

- Partner with cross-functional teams (Retail Ops, IT,) to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements

- Lead end-to-end business analysis for POS upgrades, integrations, and omnichannel retail initiatives

- Map and optimize supply chain workflows including inventory, order management, logistics, and vendor coordination

- Translate business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria

- Collaborate with solution architects, developers, and QA teams to ensure alignment and delivery

- Conduct gap analysis, root cause investigations, and impact assessments for system changes

- Support UAT planning, execution, and stakeholder sign-off

- Monitor KPIs and recommend enhancements to improve system performance and business outcomes
