Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst / Project Manager with strong expertise in Settlements Operations within the Investment Banking / Capital Markets domain.

The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Change Management and Transformation projects, along with exposure to the GLOSS settlement system.

This role involves close collaboration with business, operations, and technology teams to deliver process enhancements, system changes, and transformation initiatives across post-trade operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage change and transformation initiatives within the Settlements function.

- Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements.

- Drive end-to-end project delivery, including business impact analysis, testing, and implementation.

- Support process improvement, automation, and control enhancement initiatives.

- Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure timely communication on project milestones.

- Work on initiatives involving GLOSS and related post-trade systems.

Key Skills Required:

- Strong understanding of Trade Lifecycle and Settlements across asset classes (Equities, Fixed Income, Derivatives).

- Experience in Change Management / Transformation Projects.

- Hands-on exposure to GLOSS or similar settlement platforms.

- Proven experience as a Business Analyst / Project Manager in Investment Banking Operations.

- Excellent communication, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.

Education Qualification:

- Graduate / Postgraduate in Finance, Business, or related field.

- MBA / Professional certifications (Agile, PMP, or Business Analysis) preferred.
