Business Analyst/Project Manager

About the Role: BI Manager

This BI Manager role is a strategic leadership position, not just a technical one.

- Leading a team of BI analysts

- Driving enterprise-level Power BI initiatives

- Partnering closely with Finance, FP&A teams, and even CFO-level stakeholders

At its core, the role is about turning financial data into actionable business insights.

What You'll Be Doing

- Owning the end-to-end BI ecosystem for Finance

- Building and scaling Power BI dashboards that support budgeting, forecasting, and profitability analysis

- Designing robust data models using DAX and Power Query

- Working deeply with MySQL and MS SQL Server for data integration and transformation

- Driving automation and efficiency across reporting processes

- Establishing data governance, KPI definitions, and BI best practices
