About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to lead large-scale transformation initiatives within a global financial services environment. This role involves managing stakeholder relationships, driving strategic programs, and ensuring successful delivery of business-critical projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead stakeholder engagements and manage program workstreams
- Oversee project lifecycle, ensuring timely and quality delivery
- Analyze end-to-end business processes and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with technology teams to design strategic solutions
- Establish governance frameworks, KPIs, and reporting metrics
- Drive change management and transformation initiatives
- Manage risks, issues, and dependencies across programs
- Support business development and proposal activities
- Mentor and guide team members for performance improvement
Key Skills & Experience:
- 12+ years of experience in program/project management or consulting
- Strong experience in wealth management or investment banking domain
- Expertise in managing end-to-end transformation programs
- Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall methodologies
- Experience with front-to-back office transformation initiatives
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- Experience in business process analysis and change management
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with core banking or wealth platforms (e.g., Avaloq or similar)
- Understanding of financial products (equities, bonds, derivatives, loans)
- Certifications such as CFA / FRM (preferred)
- Proficiency in tools like MS Office, Power BI, or analytics platforms
