Job Description:

In this role, you will:

- Work with business and tech teams to discover or gather requirements and define solutions.

- Write clear user stories, process flows, and documents.

- Support design and delivery of nCino/Salesforce solutions.

- Work on integrations and ensure correct source to target mapping between systems.

- Use SQL and SOQL to analyze data and support reporting.

- Act as a Product Owner and manage backlog and priorities.

- Run Agile ceremonies like sprint planning and reviews.

- Work with vendors and partner teams to deliver solutions.

- Support testing, data validation, and UAT activities.

- Help business teams during go-live and adoption.

- Fix issues and support improvements after release.

- Create reports and support data-driven decisions.

- Keep track of risks and share updates with stakeholders.

- Look for ways to improve processes and data quality.

- Use AI tools where helpful for analysis and reporting.

Required Qualifications:

- 4+ years of Business Systems Data experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education.

Required AI Skills and Competencies:

- Able to use AI tools for basic tasks like summaries and analysis.

- Think carefully and validate AI outputs before using them.

- Understand data privacy and use AI responsibly.

- Be open to learning new tools and technologies.

Desired Qualifications:

- nCino/Salesforce certification.

- Experience working on large transformation programs.

- Experience in Agile projects.

- Exposure to integration and platform work.

- Experience with reporting and data analysis.

- Experience in UAT and release support.

Job Expectations:

- MBA (Finance preferred) or similar education/experience.

- 10+ years of experience in banking, consulting, or financial services.

- Strong experience in nCino/Salesforce projects.

- Experience working as a Business Analyst or Product Owner.

- Good knowledge of SQL and SOQL.

- Knowledge of Risk Management and CRM domain.

- Experience in system integrations and source to target mapping.

- Understanding of lending and banking processes.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Good communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and manage stakeholders.
