Inbound Request Ownership & Problem Discovery - Act as the primary product point of contact for inbound requests from Customer Success, Support, and Hunting teams. - Engage directly with customers and internal stakeholders to uncover the root problem, beyond surface-level feature asks. - Document customer objectives, constraints, assumptions, workflows and impact clearly and systematically. - Evaluate and prioritize inbound tickets, recommending solutions that align with roadmap and platform scalability. - Where customization is unavoidable, create high-quality PRDs including - User journey maps, User stories and acceptance criteria, Wireframes / workflow designs, Etc. - Own execution within the assigned delivery bucket, ensuring timely closure through to release. 2. Product Robustness & Workflow Optimization - Identify friction points and gaps across under-evolved modules. - Drive improvements that enhance - Stability, Usability, Standardization andProduct consistency - Build strong internal cases to push back on non-scalable custom requests, while demonstrating better alternatives using existing platform capabilities. - Partner with Engineering and Design to ensure solutions are robust and reusable across customers. 3. Roadmap Contribution & Strategic Product Growth - Translate recurring inbound pain points into scalable roadmap initiatives. - Contribute actively to quarterly product planning by identifying high-impact opportunities for - Adoption growth, Retention improvement and Module maturity - Balance short-term customer needs with long-term platform evolution. 4. Continuous Improvement & Adoption Metrics - Drive incremental enhancements that improve product adoption and reduce dependency on customization. - Work closely with Support and Customer Success to proactively resolve product issues that could lead to churn. - Support onboarding and implementations by advising customers on best practices and standardized workflows. 5. Ecosystem & Partner Integrations - Evaluate potential partners that strengthen connected ecosystem. - Collaborate cross-functionally to integrate third-party solutions where appropriate, ensuring seamless user experience. 6. AI Enablement & UX Acceleration - Identify opportunities where AI can solve customer problems in a way that is repeatable, scalable, and deployable across the customer base. - Explore AI-driven enhancements such as - Intelligent scheme recommendations, Sales and assortment suggestions, Inventory risk prediction, Route optimization and visit planning and Automated onboarding workflows - Continuously improve onboarding speed and accuracy by reducing manual errors through AI-supported product experiences. Requirements: - Proven work experience as a Product Manager, Associate Product Manager, or in a similar role - Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and agile methodologies. - Experience in gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements. - Ability to translate business objectives into clear product specifications. - Hands-on experience with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or similar. - Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. - Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities. - Familiarity with data analysis tools and techniques (e.g., SQL, Excel, Google Analytics). - Technical background with knowledge of software development is a plus. - Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA is a plus.
