Business Analyst/Product Analyst - Capital Markets Domain

Role Overview:

The role is for a Business Analyst / Product Analyst in the Capital Markets domain. Candidates will work in an Agile environment with a focus on Fixed Income products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather customer requirements and conduct analysis on high-level requirements.

- Evaluate proposed change requests to existing solutions to identify potential adverse impact.

- Partner with product management and stakeholders on devising effective and efficient approaches to achieve project objectives.

- Convert approved requirements into functional components, produce Functional Requirements or User Stories, and provide inputs to Development and Quality Assurance teams.

- Deliver detailed design walk-throughs with Product Management and clients to obtain sign-off.

- Provide periodic project updates to internal and external stakeholders.

- Ensure implemented solutions meet end-user requirements and business objectives.

- Adhere to high standards of reliability, quality, and usability throughout the product development phase.

- Provide testing support as applicable.

Mandatory Requirements:

- 3 - 5 years of industry experience, preferably in the Capital Markets domain.

- Strong and extensive Fixed Income experience is a critical requirement.

- Knowledge of Fixed Income Brokerage Operations, Clearance and Settlement, Repo process, and Regulatory Reporting.

- Strong experience in Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and requirement gathering.

- Proficiency in Agile methodology, Jira, User Stories, and Acceptance Criteria.

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interface effectively with internal and external groups.

- Ability to operate as a product-oriented Business Analyst.

Work Details:

- Job Locations: Bangalore / Hyderabad.

- Shift: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM (Shift allowance applicable).

- Work Model: 2 days Work From Office.

- Cab Facility: UK shift cab facility available.

- Notice Period: Immediate to 30 days preferred (up to 60 days considered).
