Business Analyst - Process Automation

Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst Process Automation to identify, design, and deploy high-ROI automation solutions across our fashion value chain. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys eliminating manual work, streamlining operations, and scaling efficiency through smart automation.

Working closely with the Chief of Staff and cross-functional teams, you will play a critical role in reducing turnaround times, improving accuracy, and enabling teams with scalable automation tools.

Key Responsibilities:

Process Mapping & Automation:

- Analyze existing business processes across operations, reporting, research, and presentations to identify automation opportunities.

- Map workflows and pinpoint manual, repetitive, and high-effort tasks suitable for automation.

- Design and deploy end-to-end automation solutions with a strong focus on ROI.

Automation Development & Deployment:

- Build and implement automations using Python, RPA tools (UiPath / Automation Anywhere),

APIs, and no-code / low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.).

- Rapidly prototype, test, iterate, and scale automation solutions.

- Integrate automation workflows across internal systems and tools.

Operational Efficiency & Scale:

- Reduce turnaround times and operational costs through intelligent automation.

- Enable self-service automation by creating reusable workflows and templates.

- Train and support business teams in adopting automation tools.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

- Work closely with business, operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to understand requirements.

- Translate business needs into clear automation requirements and solutions.

- Track impact and success metrics for deployed automations.

Key Performance Areas (KRAs):

- Reduction in manual effort and turnaround time

- Number of high-impact automations deployed

- ROI and cost savings achieved through automation

- Adoption of automation tools by business teams

- Process efficiency and scalability improvements

Candidate Profile:

Must-Have:

- 2+ years of experience in process automation, business analysis, or technical operations

- Hands-on experience with Python and/or RPA tools (UiPath, Automation Anywhere)

- Exposure to API integrations

- Experience with no-code / low-code platforms (Zapier, Make, etc.)

- Strong understanding of business processes with an ROI-focused mindset

Good-to-Have / Preferred:

- Experience in fashion, retail, or supply chain automation

- Exposure to design-tool automation or reporting automation

- Basic understanding of data analytics, ML, or AI-driven automation

- Consulting or operations excellence background
