Role Overview

- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to lead digital transformation within our Technology & Operational Excellence team.

- You will own and drive adoption of Power BI and Microsoft 365 (incl. Power Automate), enabling data-driven insights and workflow automation across global operations.

- This role offers the opportunity to contribute strategically to our AI agenda and shape how technology accelerates our mission in impact investing.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as product owner for Power BI and Microsoft 365 platforms, ensuring performance, adoption, and continuous improvement.

- Design and implement scalable dashboards, intelligent workflows, and automation solutions.

- Lead change management: train and engage teams to embed tools into daily operations.

- Collaborate with leadership to identify and implement AI-driven opportunities.

- Partner with internal stakeholders and external vendors to deliver high-quality solutions.

Your Profile

- 5+ years of proven experience with Power BI, reporting solutions, and data management.

- Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and workflow automation (Power Automate).

- Track record of leading technology initiatives, balancing timelines, budgets, and risks.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills in multicultural, global settings.

- Fluent in English; motivated to apply technology for positive impact in emerging markets.
