Company : US Based MNC (Mobility Solution Provider) Role: Business Analyst - Mobility Solutions Work Location: Bangalore, Yehlanka Roles & Responsibilities Requirement Gathering - Participate in internal project kick-off that to understanding project requirement & accordingly drafting FSD for new clients. - Present the existing solution to the existing client. - Gather client's expectation form the product. - Assist in mapping client expectation to the functionality available in product. - Prepare list of all customizations required to meet client expectation. Requirement Analysis, Requirement Validation and Requirement Implementation - Discuss with development team the feasibility of implementing client specific customizations in the product. - Based on the project kick off workshop prepare FSD. - Get the FSD reviewed internally by various stakeholders - Get closure on FSD by getting client sign off. - Have internal kick off for implementation with all stakeholders in order to clarify and define the project scope. - Ensure timelines that have been communicated to client are also clearly mentioned to all internal stakeholders as well. Knowledge Transfer (KT) - Give KT to development team in order to clarify and elaborate the scope of work. - Give KT of project scope to testing team. - Review UAT cases provided by testing team for the client delivery. - Ensure there is no gap in terms of scope and final delivery for client. Product Training & UAT Sign off - Assist client in performing UAT. - Assist Program Management team to get sign off on the project. RFP Compliance & Product Roadmap - Participate and assist BD team for RFP compliance and submissions. - Proactively engage with Product Management team to envision product roadmap. - Preparation of Scope of Work document for project delivery Demo / Bid-support - Prepare environment for Demo as per client's need. - Coordinate with internal teams for clearing roadblocks Sanity testing of demo setup (all available UIs) Demo execution in front of client Product presentation in front of client Skills: Functional: - 3+ years of relevant experience in Business / System Analysis. - Experience in requirement gathering and preparing Functional Specification Document), RFPs. - Previous experience in Business / Systems Analysis or Quality Assurance - Experience of using UML for sequence diagrams & use case creation. - Proficient in using on MS-Office, Visio, wire-framing tools like marvel, moqups, Balsamiq. - Experience of direct client handling especially international clients. - Excellent documentation skills. - Have in-depth knowledge of Mobile Money developments across the globe along with its terminologies. - Up-to-date with the latest trends that are prevalent in the domain of Mobile Money systems would be an added advantage.
