Business Analyst - Manufacturing - IIM

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze business operations and identify areas for improvement in supply chain, production, and sales performance

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and translate business requirements into actionable insights

- Support strategic decision-making through data-driven analysis, reporting, and forecasting

- Develop dashboards and KPIs to monitor performance metrics

- Assist in budgeting, planning, and project evaluations

- Present findings and recommendations to senior management

- Track market trends and competitor activities to support strategic planning

Required Qualifications:

- MBA from IIM (Indian Institute of Management) - & Power BI both are mandatory

- 1-2 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in manufacturing, ceramics, or related industries

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau preferred)
