The role involves analyzing operations, identifying cost reduction opportunities, and providing data-driven insights to support decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

- Track and communicate key cost metrics and improvement actions.

- Lead cost reduction initiatives and set cost targets.

- Perform quantitative analysis for actionable insights.

- Support strategic planning with data-backed recommendations.

To fit the bill, you must have

- 3+ Years of experience

- Proficient in SQL, Python, and Excel.

- Strong communication and analytical skills.

- Exposure to Linehaul network design and e-commerce logistics is a plus.

- Problem-solver, adaptable, and eager to learn.
