Business Analyst (LMS/LOS)
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with stakeholders across business and technology teams to elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements.
- Develop comprehensive Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), and Software Requirement Specifications (SRS).
- Design wireframes, UML diagrams, and workflow processes to illustrate business processes and system interactions clearly.
- Work closely with development teams to support API integrations and ensure seamless data exchange between systems.
- Analyze, interpret, and validate requirements to align with business goals and compliance standards in the BFSI sector.
- Facilitate workshops, review sessions, and discussions to clarify requirements and resolve ambiguities.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensure successful implementation of solutions as per documented requirements.
- Maintain clear documentation and communication channels throughout the project lifecycle.
Mandatory Skills and Experience:
- 3 to 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in BFSI domain, preferably within Loan Origination Systems (LOS), Loan Management Systems (LMS), or Insurance.
- Strong understanding and hands-on experience in preparing BRD, FRD, and SRS documents.
- Proficiency in creating wireframes, UML diagrams, and workflow documentation.
- Experience working with XML and API integration processes.
- Sound knowledge of BFSI business processes, regulatory requirements, and compliance.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Immediate availability or notice period up to 7 days.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Finance, IT, or a related field.
- Certifications in Business Analysis (CBAP, CCBA) or related areas are a plus.
- Exposure to Agile and Waterfall SDLC methodologies.
