About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in Loan Origination Systems (LOS) to drive business analysis, requirement gathering, solution design, and implementation for lending applications. The ideal candidate should have deep understanding of retail/commercial lending processes and should act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and analyze business requirements from lending business teams.

- Translate business requirements into Functional Requirement Documents (FRD), BRD, User Stories and Functional Specifications.

- Work closely with Product, Technology and Vendor teams for LOS implementation and enhancements.

- Conduct GAP analysis and recommend process improvements.

- Support end-to-end LOS implementation including configuration, UAT, deployment and production support.

Understand lending lifecycle including:

1. Loan Origination

2. Credit Appraisal

3. Underwriting

4. Credit Decision Engine

5. Sanction

6. Disbursement

7. Loan Booking

- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.

- Participate in UAT planning, defect management and production rollouts.

- Prepare business process documentation and workflow diagrams.

- Collaborate with stakeholders for change management initiatives.

Mandatory Skills:

- 13 16 years of Business Analysis experience

- Strong experience in Loan Origination System (LOS)

- Banking or NBFC domain experience

- Requirement Gathering

- BRD / FRD preparation

- UAT

- Gap Analysis

- Process Mapping

- Stakeholder Management

- Agile / Waterfall methodologies

Preferred Experience:

- Experience with one or more LOS platforms such as Newgen, FinnOne, Finacle, FinnAxia, TCS BaNCS, Oracle Flexcube, Pennant, Intellect Design Arena, Nucleus Software, Sopra Banking, Temenos, FIS, Fiserv.

Preferred Domain:

- Retail Lending, Home Loans, Personal Loans, Gold Loans, Vehicle Loans, SME Lending, Corporate Lending.

Education:

- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering / Computer Science / Information Technology or equivalent.

- MBA is preferred.
