Role Description:

This full-time on-site role is based in Bengaluru.

The Business Analyst Loan / KYC will focus on evaluating and documenting business requirements, analyzing business processes, and applying their insights to inform organizational decision-making.

Responsibilities include collaborating with stakeholders, gathering detailed requirements, facilitating communication between teams, and ensuring alignment on operational and regulatory objectives related to loans and KYC processes.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in Analytical Skills and Business Analysis for evaluating and interpreting data to support strategic decisions.

Experience: 5 to 10 Years.

- Strong abilities in Business Process improvement and defining Business Requirements for operational efficiency.

- Excellent Communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Knowledge of lending and KYC regulations is a significant advantage.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Systems, or a related field.

- Prior experience as a Business Analyst in the finance or banking industry is preferred.

- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
