Job Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst with deep domain expertise in the Legal field, specifically with a strong understanding of Veterans Benefits Administration. This role requires experience working with VA disability rating schedules and various compensation procedures, including Workers' Compensation claims. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in requirement gathering, documentation, and stakeholder communication, ensuring the delivery of accurate, legally compliant, and process-aligned business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Act as the liaison between legal stakeholders and technical teams.

- Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.

- Evaluate current processes and identify areas of improvement aligned with Veterans Benefits Administration standards.

- Interpret and apply VA disability rating schedules and compensation procedures in product or solution design.

- Assist in the development of Workers' Compensation claim workflows.

- Provide legal domain expertise in solution testing and validation.

- Support project planning, risk management, and status reporting.
