Business Analyst Lead - Duck Creek Claims

Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Duck Creek Claims Business Analyst Lead to support strategic insurance technology initiatives. This role is ideal for professionals who bring strong domain knowledge, analytical acumen, and hands-on experience in driving solution delivery across global insurance ecosystems.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead requirement analysis, documentation, and end-to-end functional delivery for Duck Creek Claims.

- Collaborate closely with international clients, multi-vendor teams, and internal stakeholders.

- Support BA and QA teams in creating and managing functional and regression test suites.

- Maintain FSDs, RTMs, CR logs, backlogs, and structured documentation repositories.

- Ensure smooth communication, timely delivery, and effective coordination across project phases.

Requirements:

- 6+ years as a Business Analyst in IT, with 8+ years in the Insurance domain (P&C preferred).

- Strong understanding of the insurance value chain, Submission, Quotes, Policy Administration, Claims, Billing, Reinsurance.

- Excellent analytical ability, documentation expertise, communication skills, and cross-functional leadership.
