Role Overview

- The Business Analyst will support pre-sales engineering, commercial solutioning, and requirements gathering for enterprise clients within the IT Services & Solutions sector. The role involves qualifying opportunities, creating solution proposals, building commercial models, and enabling seamless transitions from sales to delivery.


Key Responsibilities

- Partner with sales teams to assess client opportunities and translate business needs into clear technical and functional requirements

- Develop high-quality RFP/RFI responses, solution documents, FRDs, and Statements of Work

- Collaborate with delivery, product, and engineering teams to design solution architectures and commercial models

- Prepare and deliver demos, PoCs, and technical presentations aligned to client use cases

- Analyze client data and build dashboards, ROI reports, and justification documents

- Create detailed requirement documentation, assumptions, risk logs, and acceptance criteria

- Coordinate smooth handover to delivery teams with complete and accurate documentation

- Maintain pre-sales assets, templates, and reusable solution frameworks

- Support sales cycles with competitive analysis, market insights, and proposal structuring


Required Skillsets

- Strong expertise in Salesforce for requirement capture and opportunity management

- Proficiency in SQL for data analysis and insights generation

- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills for pricing models and commercial analysis

- Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboards and visualization

- Proficiency in JIRA for requirement tracking and backlog management

- Strong capability in business requirement elicitation and documentation

- Experience in pre-sales for IT services, solutioning, and customer-facing engagements

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to interpret complex customer needs

- Excellent communication and presentation abilities for client demos

- Ability to translate customer pain points into actionable solution proposals


Preferred Skillsets

- Experience with Tableau for analytics and visualization

- Proficiency in Microsoft Visio for process mapping and solution diagrams

- Strong experience creating Statements of Work and commercial/technical proposals
