About the Role: We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong background in IT Service Management and Customer Service. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with stakeholders across ITSM and customer service teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and use cases. - Assist project managers in planning, tracking, and delivering projects within scope, time, and budget. Facilitate meetings, prepare status reports, and identify risks or issues early. - Analyze data to generate insights that guide product growth and process improvements. Develop dashboards, KPIs, and performance metrics to measure success. - Use structured problem-solving techniques to break down complex challenges, identify root causes, and propose effective solutions. - Act as the liaison between business users, technical teams, and management. Ensure clear, timely, and effective communication of requirements, progress, and changes. - Identify opportunities for enhancing ITSM and customer service processes, supporting implementation of best practices and tools that improve efficiency and customer satisfaction. - Engage actively with development, QA, and deployment teams throughout the SDLC to ensure requirements are correctly implemented and validated. - Advocate for customer needs and feedback to ensure solutions deliver a superior user experience and align with business objectives. Profile Requirements: - Experience: 3-5 years as a Business Analyst, preferably within ITSM, customer service, or related domains. - Analytical Skills: Excellent analytical thinking and creative problem-solving ability to understand complex processes and identify improvements. - Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. - Interpersonal Skills: Proven ability to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and facilitate collaboration across cross-functional teams. - Independent Judgment: Comfortable making decisions and recommendations independently while balancing stakeholder inputs. - SDLC Knowledge: Strong understanding of software development life cycles and methodologies (Agile/Scrum preferred). - Attention to Detail: Logical and thorough with a sharp eye for details to ensure accuracy and quality in deliverables. - Customer Service Orientation: Deep commitment to understanding and meeting customer needs. - Team Collaboration: Experience working effectively within team environments, contributing to shared goals and knowledge exchange.
