Business Analyst

Either MBA or CA Qualified is compulsory with 7 to 12 years of experience as Business Analyst / Data Analyst / Finance Analyst is essential

Business Analyst who will play a critical role in supporting strategic decision-making, operational improvements, and business transformation initiatives. This role involves analyzing data, identifying business opportunities, and supporting cross-functional teams to enhance efficiency, customer experience, and profitability within the passive infrastructure ecosystem. The role also requires working closely with business leaders and cross-functional teams to gather data, run analysis, prepare reports, and track execution progress. This is a hands-on role with strong focus on delivering accurate insights, MIS, and strategic and operational improvements.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Collect, consolidate, and analyze operational, financial, and customer data to support decision-making.

2. Prepare recurring MIS, dashboards, and performance tracking reports for leadership reviews. Present insights and recommendations to senior management in a clear and concise manner, related to all important metrics.

3. Support execution of business initiatives by tracking timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.

4. Conduct market and competitor research relevant to passive infrastructure, tenancy growth, and cost optimization.

5. Work with operations and finance teams to develop business cases for projects and process improvements.

6. Document workflows, identify gaps, and propose actionable improvements in operational processes.

7. Assist in digital transformation initiatives.

8. Provide execution support for regulatory and compliance reporting requirements.
