Responsibilities: - Assist client project leads to coordinate with the business units to track progress update at task level, business unit and division level - Schedule and project governance meetings with clients, capture actions, progress status against the planned activities and update the excel dashboard / activity tracker. - Record activities and ensure completeness and accuracy in the project repository - Excel tools/JIRA/Confluence - Track progress and completion of activities, and support project leadership in ensuring actions are completed in a timely manner - Ensure project repositories are kept up to date to facilitate the creation of standard progress report - Follow up with the client business teams on any actions agreed during the status meetings Skills & Desired Qualification : - Hands on experience in MS Office applications - Good communication skills (written and oral) - Basic understanding of Insurance industry - Familiar with Agile framework/JIRA tool/Confluence - Experience in PMO role, working with cross functional teams - Experience with stakeholder interaction/management
