Job Summary: We are hiring a Business Analyst to join our client company. Our client is multinational technology enterprise, has a portfolio of innovative technology products and solutions for public health and social development sector. As a business analyst, your main tasks will include performing detailed requirements analysis, documenting processes, and performing some user acceptance testing. To succeed in this role you should have a natural analytical way of thinking and be able to explain difficult concepts to non-technical users. Responsibilities -&nbsp; - Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions. - Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies. - Use data modelling practices to analyse your findings and create suggestions for strategic and operational improvements and changes - Designs new computer programs by analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams; studying system capabilities; writing specifications. - Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems. - Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings. - Consider the opportunities and potential risks attached to the suggestions you have made - Effectively communicating your insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management. - Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports. - Defines project requirements by identifying project milestones, managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance by establishing project budget. - Monitors project progress by tracking activity, resolving problems, publishing progress reports, recommending actions. - Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. - Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary - Participates in Integration Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and Functionality Testing. - Managing competing resources and priorities. - Monitoring deliverables and ensuring timely completion of projects. - Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed. Qualification: - A bachelor's degree in computer science (BE, BCA,BSc IT) - A minimum of 3 years experience AS A business analyst or business systems analyst in IT company or a related field. - Excellent communication Skills (Written and Spoken) - Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills. - Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook. - A history of leading and supporting successful projects.
