Business Analyst Overview: The Business Analyst plays a critical role in the organization by bridging the gap between the business and technology. They are responsible for analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and recommending solutions that enable the organization to achieve its goals. This role is crucial in ensuring the successful implementation of business strategies and driving operational efficiency.
