Job Purpose: PRESALES: Find out complete client requirements through RFP, RFI, Tenders, client interaction etc. & define PRODUCT: To be the owner of the 1 area of product who defines the objectives and roadmap of the product Key Duties & responsibilities: PRESALES - Requirement & Gap Analysis through RFP, RFI, Tenders, client interaction - Product Mapping from Infozech stack that can meet client requirements - Compliance filling as per client requirement - Techno Commercial Proposal including approach note - Solution designing that will be deployed in client's network - Proposal drafting depicting commercial, technical and functional details with implementation plan, execution plan and required configuration, customization, integration etc. (including approach note) PRODUCT - Market Survey - Market Size, Competition, Feature Comparison - Value Prop for the product - Make Sales Kit including Demo, PPT, Collateral - Feature set/FSD/Use case updates - Define the user experience for the product - Be curious to investigate new features and design future-proof solutions. Key Accountabilities: - Engaging with business users and domain experts as well with Technical teams - Understand our user expectations and thrive for service excellence each time - 2-3 years of experience in eliciting business requirements and needs, and transforming them into meaningful specifications and documentation for our development team. - Take responsibility for end-to-end Customer requirements and CR lifecycle. - Effort Estimation with Delivery Teams - Testing the functionality after generation of the applications - ROI Internal & Margin Management - Demo planning & Delivery - Customer management for existing product customer to get requirements for upgrades
