Business Analyst

We are looking for a Business Analyst to understand business requirements, analyze processes, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements for technology and business teams.

The role involves stakeholder coordination, requirement gathering, process analysis, documentation, and supporting the successful delivery of business solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand objectives, challenges, and requirements.

- Conduct requirement-gathering sessions, stakeholder interviews, and workshops.

- Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement.

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria.

- Prepare and maintain Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Requirement Documents (FRDs), process flows, and other project documentation.

- Work closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and project managers to ensure requirements are clearly understood.

- Support requirement prioritization, scope discussions, and change management.

- Assist in developing test scenarios and validating solutions against business requirements.

- Coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT), track issues, and support their resolution.

- Monitor project deliverables and communicate requirement-related updates to stakeholders.

Mandatory Skills & Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies and requirement-gathering techniques.

- Experience in preparing BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and process documentation.

- Ability to translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.

- Proficiency in process mapping, gap analysis, and workflow documentation.

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Good understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and manage multiple requirements.

Preferred Skills:

- Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, MS Visio, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.

- Understanding of UAT planning, test-case preparation, and defect tracking.

- Exposure to SQL, dashboards, or data analysis tools such as Power BI or Tableau.

- Experience working on technology-driven projects or digital transformation initiatives.
