Job Description :
We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team, with a strong background in Agile/Scrum methodologies and excellent stakeholder management skills.
About the Role :
The successful candidate will have 4-8 years of experience in Business Analyst roles, with hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum and strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills. Experience in regulated industries such as Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, Utilities, Telecom, or Government would be an advantage.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to understand business needs and requirements
- Elicit and document business requirements using various techniques such as BRD, FRD, and User Stories
- Utilize Agile/Scrum methodologies to deliver projects efficiently
- Create and maintain business process maps and models using BPMN
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects
- Manage and maintain project documentation using Jira and Confluence
Required Skills :
- 4-8 years of Business Analyst experience
- Hands-on experience with Agile/Scrum
- Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
- Experience with Jira and Confluence
