Business Analyst - IT

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our team. The BA will act as a bridge between clients and the development team, ensuring seamless project execution and delivery. This role requires strong communication skills, analytical thinking, and familiarity with project management tools.

Key Responsibilities:

- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed project requirements, translating business needs into technical specifications for the development team.

- Manage project collaboration tools such as Jira, Trello, and Slack.

- Plan and strategize project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.

- Transfer project knowledge and requirements to assigned designers and developers.

- Create and manage weekly sprints, tracking project progress throughout its lifecycle.

- Ensure timely and smooth delivery of projects to clients.

- Stay updated with emerging technologies and project management tools to enhance project outcomes.

Required Skills & Competencies:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Excellent communication and client management skills.

- Familiarity with project management and collaboration tools (Jira, Trello, Slack).

- Ability to translate client requirements into actionable tasks for technical teams.

- Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

- Knowledge of software development life cycles and agile methodologies is a plus. Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Administration, or a related field.
