Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.

- Create detailed BRDs (Business Requirements Documents) and FRDs (Functional Requirements Documents) to guide development and solution design.

- Work closely with product owners, developers, QA teams, and business users to validate requirements and ensure clarity across all phases of the project.

- Participate in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.

- Translate business requirements into user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and use cases.

- Act as a bridge between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring smooth communication and timely delivery of project milestones.

- Support impact analysis, feasibility studies, risk assessments, and process improvements.

- Provide ongoing support during UAT, including test case review, validation, and issue resolution.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in IT/technical environments.

- Strong skills in Business Analysis, requirement elicitation, and documentation.

- Expertise in BRD, FRD, user stories, workflows, and process mapping.

- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

- Solid understanding of Agile & Scrum methodologies.

- Experience as a Technical Business Analyst, with the ability to understand technical concepts and collaborate with engineering teams.

- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail
