Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements through workshops, interviews, and surveys.
- Prepare clear and comprehensive documentation such as Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), User Stories, Use Cases, and Functional Specifications.
- Conduct process mapping using tools like Visio or Bizagi to visualize workflows and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform data analysis to support business decisions and create dashboards, reports, and visualizations for tracking key metrics.
- Support project management activities, including monitoring project timelines, deliverables, and issue resolution to ensure on-time delivery.
- Participate in testing and validation processes, including preparing and executing test cases, managing User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and ensuring business requirements are met.
- Identify, document, and track defects or issues; coordinate with technical teams to ensure timely resolution.
- Act as a liaison between business and technical teams, translating business needs into clear functional and technical requirements.
- Utilize business analysis tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, and JIRA to support
- Agile/Scrum-based delivery.
- Apply UI/UX wireframing and prototyping skills (using tools like Figma) to visualize user interfaces and user journeys.
- Contribute to data visualization efforts using tools such as Tableau or similar platforms.
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience with Visio, Bizagi (mandatory or preferred).
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum principles, and project management best practices.
- Expertise in preparing BRDs, user stories, and functional specifications.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Tableau, or similar tools for analysis and reporting.
- Hands-on experience with wireframing tools (Figma or equivalent).
- Experience in MS Office Suite, JIRA, Confluence (preferred).
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality outputs under tight timelines.
