Business Analyst - IT

Key Responsibilities:-

1. Requirement Gathering & Analysis

- Interact with clients, stakeholders, and users to collect business needs and objectives.

- Conduct workshops and meetings to understand existing processes.

- Analyze workflows and identify areas for process improvement or automation.

2. Documentation

- Prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Software Requirement Specifications (SRS), and Business Use Cases.

- Create process flow diagrams, wireframes, and mock-ups for software or web functionalities.

- Maintain version control and ensure requirements are traceable throughout the project lifecycle.

3. Coordination & Communication

- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and development/testing teams.

- Ensure clear understanding of requirements, acceptance criteria, and deliverables.

- Communicate project updates, changes, and risks to stakeholders effectively.

4. Testing & Validation

- Participate in functional and user acceptance testing (UAT).

- Validate that implemented solutions meet documented business requirements.

- Support users during testing and deployment phases.

5. Reporting & Support

- Prepare Requirement Traceability Matrices (RTM).

- Support post-implementation analysis and change requests.

- Generate analytical reports and dashboards to aid business decision-making.

Preferred Skills & Qualifications:-

- Experience in e-Governance, ERP, or enterprise-scale software systems.

- Strong understanding of data visualization principles and analytical dashboards.

- Excellent stakeholder management, problem-solving, and communication skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
