About the Role:
- We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with a strong background in large-scale data platform or cloud projects.
- The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ERP systems, data quality management, and analytics platforms, and will play a key role in driving data-driven decision-making across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data and analytics initiatives.
- Translate business needs into clear technical specifications for data engineering and analytics teams.
- Work closely with stakeholders to define data standards, ensure data quality, and address data inconsistencies across systems.
- Support the implementation and optimization of data platforms such as AWS Athena, Databricks, or equivalent technologies.
- Contribute to the design and management of ERP systems and vendor master data, ensuring data governance and compliance.
- Analyze large datasets to identify gaps, trends, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Act as a liaison between business users, data engineering teams, and technology partners.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 6+ years of proven experience in Business Analysis, ideally on large-scale data platform or cloud-based projects.
- Strong hands-on experience with AWS Athena, Databricks, or equivalent big data and analytics platforms.
- Solid understanding of ERP systems and vendor master data management.
- In-depth knowledge of data standards, data quality frameworks, and handling incomplete or inconsistent datasets.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively
