
Business Analyst
Experience : 5-12 years
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements for the new software platform.
- Translate business needs into clear functional and technical specifications for the development team.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, and testers, to ensure the -platform meets business requirements.
- Identify gaps in existing business processes and recommend scalable, efficient solutions.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to elicit requirements and validate proposed solutions.
- Develop user stories, process flows, wireframes, and mockups to support development and design efforts.
- Conduct gap analysis between current business processes and future-state workflows enabled by the new platform.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by defining test cases, coordinating testing activities, and ensuring timely resolution of defects.
- Act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in software development projects.
- Strong experience in requirement gathering, documentation, and business process analysis.
- Proven ability to translate business needs into functional and technical specifications.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience facilitating workshops, interviews, and focus groups.
- Skilled in developing user stories, wireframes, process flows, and mockups.
- Ability to conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements.
- Experience supporting UAT and coordinating defect resolution.
- Dynamics certification is mandatory.
