The Role: Mid-Level Business Analyst
- We're looking for a talented and experienced Mid-Level Business Analyst to join our team.
- In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the entire product lifecycle, from initial ideation to successful launch.
- You'll act as a key liaison, working closely with clients, engineers, marketers, and creative teams to allocate resources, manage timelines, and ensure project goals are met.
- Your strategic thinking and hands-on approach will be vital in helping us deliver high-quality products that meet client needs and exceed expectations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Product Lifecycle Management: Design, develop, and manage all activities from product definition and planning through to production and release.
- Strategic Planning: Develop and maintain the product strategy and roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and client needs.
- Prioritization & Trade-offs: Skillfully manage prioritization and trade-offs among customer experience, business impact, performance, and post-launch support.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with design and technology teams to ensure the timely and high-quality release of products and enhancements.
- Performance Analysis: Continuously analyze product performance and recommend redesigns or enhancements as needed to improve outcomes.
Qualifications & Skills:
Required:
- Experience: At least 3+ years of experience managing the product lifecycle as a Business Analyst.
- Agile Methodology: Proven experience working with Agile methodologies and using project management tools like JIRA or other product management software.
- Design Tools: Hands-on experience with wireframing, prototyping, and flowcharting tools such as Figma or Vision.
- APIs: A strong working knowledge of APIs and relevant tools like Postman.
- Data Analytics: Hands-on experience with tracking platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and Facebook Pixel.
Essential Qualities:
- Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Communication: Exceptional communication skills and the ability to effectively manage stakeholder expectations.
- Strategic Thinking: The ability to think strategically, prioritize tasks in ambiguous environments, and define key performance indicators (KPIs) based on business requirements.
- User Empathy: A strong understanding of UX principles and a proven ability to gather consumer input and conduct market research.
- Proactiveness: A proactive, prudent, and creative approach to work with effective organization and time-management skills.
Good to Have:
-Data Manipulation: Mid-level or higher expertise in data manipulation tools like Excel, PowerBI, SQL, or Tableau.
