Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site Business Analyst role located in Bengaluru.

The Business Analyst ION will work closely with stakeholders to analyze business processes, gather requirements, and develop actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency.

Responsibilities include facilitating communication between business and technical teams, defining project objectives, and ensuring successful implementation of solutions.

The role involves actively contributing to business transformation initiatives and improving workflows for optimal outcomes.

Qualifications:

- Strong Analytical Skills to evaluate data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights.

- Comprehensive understanding of Business Analysis and Business Processes.

- Excellent Communication skills to effectively collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.

- Proven experience in gathering, documenting, and managing Business Requirements.

- Proficiency in problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or a related field.

- Relevant certifications in business analysis (e.g., CBAP, PMI-PBA) preferred.

- Experience over 5+Years with ION trading platforms is mandatory.
