Business Analyst (Investment Banking)

Key Responsibilities:

- Analyze complex financial and market data to derive actionable insights.

- Develop and maintain detailed financial models, forecasts, and valuation analyses.

- Prepare investment reports, presentations, and strategy documents for internal and external stakeholders.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvement opportunities and support strategic planning.

- Assist in the evaluation of potential investment opportunities and transactions.

- Monitor industry trends, global financial markets, and investment instruments.

- Contribute to the design and enhancement of financial reporting tools and dashboards.

- Support due diligence efforts and prepare documentation for investment committees.

Qualifications:

- 25 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in investment banking or financial services.

- Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.

- Proficiency in financial analysis, valuation methods, and investment strategy development.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

- Experience working with data analysis tools, reporting platforms, and Excel-based models.

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Knowledge of global financial markets and a variety of investment instruments.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.

- Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic business environment is a plus.
