Description:
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with cross-functional teams (Sales, Underwriting, Actuary, Operations, Claims, Finance, and external partners) to gather and understand requirements.
- Lead requirement elicitation and design system solutions aligned to business needs.
- Define and optimize customer journeys.
- Coordinate with development teams on project planning, sprints, and timely deliveries.
- Align business priorities and drive technology-led process improvements.
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of General Insurance products, especially Property and Casualty Insurance.
- Expertise in at least one insurance process (Quote, Policy Issuance, Finance, or Claims).
- Hands-on experience with SQL and API integration.
- Understanding of Java, Microservices, and Web Services (preferred).
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
