Business Analyst - Insurance (Life Insurance & Agent Workflow)

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst with strong expertise in the Life Insurance domain, particularly agent workflows. The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience in gathering requirements, analyzing business processes, and supporting system implementations in the insurance sector.

Key Responsibilities

- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for life insurance products and agent workflows

- Work closely with business stakeholders to understand workflows, processes, and system requirements

- Translate business requirements into functional specifications and process flows

- Support system design, configuration, and implementation for insurance applications

- Conduct gap analysis and provide recommendations for process improvements

- Assist in UAT planning, execution, and issue resolution

- Collaborate with development, QA, and project teams to ensure successful delivery

Mandatory Requirements

- 8+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Life Insurance domain

- Strong understanding of agent workflows and insurance processes

- Experience in requirement gathering, analysis, and documentation

- Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

- Familiarity with insurance applications and digital platforms

Preferred Skills

- Experience with policy administration systems (PAS)

- Knowledge of underwriting, claims, and policy servicing

- Agile/Scrum methodology experience
