WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- 4 to 8 years of experience working as a business analyst within the general insurance (Property & Casualty) industry.
- Understanding of regulatory landscape within which an insurance company operates.
- Translate business requirements into detailed functional specifications for developers.
- Has experience producing requirements as BRDs or user stories, process flows, gap analysis and impact assessment documents.
- Strong interaction and communication skills to quickly establish rapport with business and technical SME personnel at all levels.
- Prepare and present reports, demos, and updates to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Able to work in a team and help assist other team members
- Experience of working in an Agile cross-functional team.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Eagerness to learn and grow in the role with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
IN THIS ROLE, YOU WILL:
- Get to know Innoveo's no-code platform and how it can deliver value to its customers' needs
- Analyse the business models and workflows of our customers and help them identifying their pain points and issues
- Conduct discovery workshops with the teams on the customer side, drive sprint planning and review meetings
- Participate in finding the best-fitting solutions to the business needs, while working very closely with internal technical teams
- Develop business requirements documents/user stories. Aid in updating process and procedural documentation
- Act as a single point of contact to our customers and facilitate the communication among multiple stakeholders
- Make sure that the project is achieving its goals, by monitoring and planning the delivery of the required scope
- Build long-term, trusted relationships with internal teams and key client stakeholders
