Business Analyst - Informatica IICS

Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to elicit, document, and validate requirements related to data integration and transformation.

- Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications for Informatica IICS solutions.

- Work with development teams to ensure seamless design, configuration, and delivery of ETL/integration workflows.

- Conduct gap analysis, impact assessments, and feasibility studies for new initiatives.

- Partner with QA teams to define test cases, validate data pipelines, and support UAT.

- Support production deployment, release planning, and change management.

- Ensure solutions comply with data governance, quality, and security standards.

- Act as a liaison between business users, developers, and data engineers to bridge functional and technical gaps.

Required Technical Skills:

- Strong knowledge and hands-on exposure to Informatica IICS (Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services).

- Experience with ETL/ELT tools, data integration, and workflow management.

- Understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and cloud-based data platforms.

- Strong SQL skills for data validation and analysis.

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like JIRA, Confluence.

- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) as related to Informatica IICS (preferred).

Experience Required:

- 6-8 years of relevant experience in Informatica IICS and data integration projects.

- Proven background as a Business Analyst in data/ETL projects.

- Strong communication and documentation skills for stakeholder management
