You find intellectual conversations stimulating and are willing to go to any length to get work done, even if this means long hours and 8-day weeks. Strong communication skills – both spoken and written are a must. You have a strong learning curve and can hit the ground running.  - You should ideally be a graduate from a top Engineering (IIT, NIT or equivalent) or Arts (St. Stephen’s, SRCC, St. Xavier’s or equivalent) college with a strong academic background, fresh out or with up to 2 years of experience.   - Exposure to Windows Office and proficiency with MS Excel and MS Powerpoint is a definite plus.   Your compensation will be competitive with a substantial bonus component depending on performance.   Takshashila is an equal opportunity employer and operates as a pure meritocracy.
