We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Business Analyst with a strong understanding of HR domain and processes to join our team.

In this role, you will be instrumental in analyzing existing HR systems and workflows, identifying opportunities for improvement through technology, and documenting the requirements for implementing and integrating HR technology solutions.

You will work closely with HR stakeholders and technical teams to ensure successful delivery of projects that enhance HR efficiency and effectiveness.

What Youll Do:

- Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business requirements related to HR processes, data, and technology solutions.

- Prepare and document Functional and Technical Specifications for integration, reporting, and

data warehouse/middleware tasks related to HR systems.

- Develop use cases, user stories, and acceptance criteria to clearly articulate business needs.

- Analyze and document existing HR processes across various functional areas (e.g.,

Recruitment, Onboarding, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Learning & Development).

- Identify pain points, inefficiencies, and opportunities for improvement through the strategic application of technology.

- Develop process flows (e.g., Visio), data models, and system configurations to support optimized HR processes.

- Understand the capabilities and limitations of various HR technology platforms (e.g., HRIS, ATS, LMS, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits systems).

- Apply knowledge of HR technology best practices to propose effective solutions.

- Collaborate with technical teams to ensure proposed solutions align with system architecture and technical feasibility.

- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for HR technology systems, including user guides, functional specifications, technical specifications, configuration documents, and

integration mappings.

- Implement and adhere to version control processes for all documentation to ensure accuracy and traceability.

- Liaise effectively with stakeholders across various levels and functions within the HR department and related business units.

- Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements, present findings, and gain alignment on proposed solutions.

- Participate in the testing phase of HR technology implementations, including creating test scenarios and validating results against requirements.

- Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by providing guidance and resolving issues.

- Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and insights that can inform process improvements and technology solutions.

- Contribute to the definition of reporting requirements and collaborate with technical teams on report development.

What Youll Bring:

- Any Graduate, preferably with an MBA in HR, and demonstrable experience as a Business

Analyst specifically within the HR Domain or HR Consulting.

- Proven ability to lead and deliver large strategic transformative initiatives related to HR technology.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand complex HR processes and translate them into actionable requirements.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to create clear and

concise documentation and present information effectively to diverse audiences.

- Proven experience working with various HR technology platforms (HRIS, ATS, LMS, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits systems).


- Experience with platforms such as SuccessFactors, Workday, or Oracle HCM Cloud is highly

desirable.

- Strong understanding of HR data structures, reporting capabilities, and integration considerations.

- Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong collaboration and interpersonal skills with the ability to build effective working relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

- Proficiency in using business analysis tools and methodologies (process modeling, data modeling, requirements management tools).

Good to Have:

- Experience with specific HR technology implementation methodologies.

- Knowledge of data privacy regulations relevant to HR data.

- Experience with data visualization tools.

- Familiarity with agile project management methodologies
