Business Analyst - HSE (Ports & Terminals)

Location: Koramangala, Bengaluru (5 days/week WFO)

Role Overview

Join a tech-driven team innovating HSE solutions for transportation and shipping. You'll shape product features, collaborate with global QHSE leaders and AI/ML teams, gather requirements, deliver functional specs, support implementations, and engage clients worldwide to transform safety performance.

Mandatory Requirements:

1. 7+ years as Business Analyst, including 3+ years in Ports/Container Terminals/Shipping/Maritime OR 3+ years in HSE/QHSE.

2. Strong HSE/QHSE domain expertise specific to Ports & Terminals operations (experience with listed terminals preferred: Google Sheet link).

3. Hands-on experience with HSE/QHSE software (implementation, configuration, rollout, or ownership) in Ports/Terminals.

4. Proven skills in requirements gathering, gap analysis, and writing FRDs for enterprise/ERP applications.

5. Client-facing experience: stakeholder management, UAT, go-live support, post-implementation.

6. Comfortable with onsite client visits, product delivery, and end-user training.

7. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder skills to own functional delivery independently.

Preferred Qualifications

1. ERP/enterprise app experience in Ports, Terminals, Logistics, or Maritime.

2. Exposure to QHSE systems, ISO 45001/9001/14001, or compliance frameworks.

3. NEBOSH/IOSH/ISM or equivalent HSE certification.
