Job Description:
Must have skills:
- Strong consulting and domain expertise in the hospitality industry
- Deep understanding of hospitality technology ecosystems including PMS, CRS, POS, Loyalty, and GDS
- Experience in hotel operations, owner lifecycle management, revenue management, profitability analysis, hotel openings, and performance optimization
- Ability to lead client discussions, conduct diagnostics, present insights to senior stakeholders & should be able to lead various teams (for consultants & Managers)
- Gather and document requirements for hospitality operations such as guest reservations, check-in/check-out, property management, and loyalty programs.
- Map and analyze processes to identify gaps and propose improvements that enhance efficiency and guest experience across the value chain
Good to have skills:
- Experience with hotel digital transformation, PMS/CRS vendor assessment & selection, PMS migrations and roll outs, system integrations
- Exposure to multi-brand, multi-property hospitality environments
- Knowledge of OTA strategy, loyalty economics, and guest personalization platforms
- Experience working with global hotel chains, asset owners, or hospitality tech vendors
- Knowledge on agile process, JIRA tool
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic advisory to hospitality clients across commercial, operational, and technology dimensions
Develop a comprehensive understanding of the hospitality systems ecosystem, including:
- Property Management System (PMS)
- Central Reservation System (CRS)
- Loyalty Management Systems
- Point of Sale (POS) platforms
- F&B platforms
- Lead P&L diagnostics, identify revenue and cost optimization levers, and recommend initiatives to improve RevPAR, ADR, and GOP
- Advise on inventory distribution and channel strategy, including direct vs. OTA mix, pricing effectiveness, and loyalty-driven demand
- Support capex prioritization, balancing brand standards, guest experience, and financial returns
- Provide hands-on expertise in back-office operations, including night audit workflows, financial reconciliation, rate plan configuration, and upsell strategies
- Design and assess end-to-end guest lifecycle journeys, ensuring system integration and data flow across touchpoints
- Act as a hospitality business analyst, translating data insights into actionable recommendations
- Contribute to pre-sales, proposals, thought leadership, and CoE capability building
- Mentor junior team members and manage workstreams (for Manager role)
