Key Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and understand business requirements

- Design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports using AWS QuickSight and Amazon Q

- Analyze business data to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for optimization

- Translate complex datasets into clear, actionable insights and present findings to leadership

- Support data governance and reporting standards to ensure consistency and accuracy

- Continuously seek ways to improve reporting processes and data accessibility

Must-Have Skills & Experience:

- Proven expertise in AWS QuickSight

- Experience working with Amazon Q for AI understanding

- Strong background in reporting, dashboard creation, and data visualization

- Solid understanding of data models, KPIs, and business metrics

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice-to-Haves:

- Knowledge of SQL, Python, or other data manipulation tools

- Prior experience in a tech or SaaS-driven organization
