We're looking for an experienced Healthcare Business Analyst to join our team in Gurgaon (On-site).
We are seeking a highly analytical and client-focused Business Analyst to bridge the gap between business needs and technology solutions. The ideal candidate will work closely with clients, stakeholders, product teams, and development teams to gather requirements, define business processes, and ensure successful project delivery. The role requires excellent communication, problem-solving, and documentation skills, along with the ability to manage multiple client engagements in a fast-paced services environment.
- Engage with clients to understand business objectives, challenges, and functional requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering workshops, stakeholder interviews, and discovery sessions.
- Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for optimization and digital transformation.
- Work closely with Solution Architects, Developers, UI/UX Designers, QA, and Project Managers throughout the project lifecycle.
- Support Agile ceremonies including backlog grooming, sprint planning, user story refinement, and UAT.
- Assist in preparing project documentation, client presentations, and status reports.
- Ensure timely delivery while maintaining high quality and client satisfaction.
