The role focuses on understanding business needs, working with technical teams, and helping use Gen AI solutions to improve business processes. Key Responsibilities: - Understand business requirements and convert them into clear documents. - Work with Gen AI, data, and technical teams. - Identify use cases where Gen AI can improve business work. - Gather requirements from stakeholders through meetings and discussions. - Support testing and validation of Gen AI solutions. - Create basic reports, presentations, and dashboards. - Ensure Gen AI solutions meet business goals. Required Skills & Experience - Experience as a Business Analyst. - Basic understanding of Gen AI concepts (like chatbots, automation, AI models). - Ability to write clear business and functional requirements. - Good communication and stakeholder management skills. - Experience working with IT or AI teams. - Knowledge of Agile or similar project methods is a plus.
