Experience
2+ years of experience in the insurance domain is mandatory.
At least 1+ year of experience in a dedicated business analysis or project management role.
Roles & Responsibilities
As a Business Analyst (Functional) - Change Management, you will play a pivotal role in driving our strategic projects and optimizing our processes.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a project manager responsible for the end-to-end execution of multiple projects, ensuring they align with and contribute to the company's strategic objectives.
- Leading and contributing to the product life cycle development, from conceptualization and requirements gathering to implementation and post-launch support.
- Driving Process Excellence initiatives, identifying areas for improvement, designing optimized workflows, and ensuring their successful adoption across the organization.
- Conducting in-depth business analysis to understand current processes, identify pain points, and define clear, actionable requirements for new systems or enhancements.
- Collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, and senior management, to gather requirements, manage expectations, and facilitate effective communication.
- Developing detailed functional specifications, use cases, and process flows.
- Supporting user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring solutions meet business needs and quality standards.
- Facilitating change management activities to ensure smooth transitions and successful adoption of new processes and systems.
Qualifications
- Mandatory experience of 2+ years in the insurance industry.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a business analysis or project management capacity.
- Proven experience in managing projects and driving them to successful completion.
- Strong understanding of the product development lifecycle.
- Demonstrated ability to identify process inefficiencies and drive improvements.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- A Bachelor's/Master's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred
