Business Analyst - FinTech

Role Overview

We are looking for a high-ownership Data Analyst who can go beyond reporting and actively drive business decisions.

This role sits at the intersection of business, product, and distribution. You will work closely with leadership to generate insights, track performance, and shape strategy across both branch-led and digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

1) Business & Growth Analytics

- Own and track key business metrics across wealth products

- Translate data into actionable insights impacting revenue, growth, and retention

- Identify trends, gaps, and scalable growth opportunities

2) Branch & Sales Analytics

- Analyze performance across branches, RMs, and regions

- Track AUM growth, revenue productivity, client acquisition, and cross-sell metrics

- Identify top vs. underperforming units and recommend interventions

- Support sales planning and incentive structures

3) Digital & Product Analytics

- Track funnel metrics: acquisition onboarding activation retention

- Analyze CAC, conversion rates, and user behavior

- Evaluate campaign performance across channels (paid, organic, referral)

- Work with product teams to improve user journeys and engagement

- Drive experimentation (A/B testing, feature impact analysis)

4) Data & Reporting

- Build and maintain dashboards (Power BI / Tableau)

- Write efficient SQL queries for large-scale data extraction

- Use Python for analysis and automation

- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability

Requirements:

1) 3+ years of experience in Data Analytics

2) Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and BI tools (Power BI/Tableau)

3) Ability to independently structure problems and derive insights

4) Strong business understanding and data-driven mindset

5) Prior experience in FinTech / WealthTech (MF, Bonds, Insurance, Broking) is preferred
