Job Role : Business Analyst

Domain Expertise : Payment Domain (Issuance/CMS)

Key Responsibilities :

- Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.

- Manage relationships with stakeholders to ensure clear communication and alignment.

- Create and maintain documents such as Document of Understanding (DOU), Functional Specification Document (FSD), and other relevant project documentation.

- Utilize business analysis techniques to analyze data and derive insights.

- Demonstrate expertise in the payment domain, particularly in Issuance and Card Management Systems (CMS).

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate requirements into functional specifications.

- Use tools such as JIRA and POSTMAN effectively for project management and API testing.

Skills Required:

- Requirement Gathering: Proficient in gathering and documenting business requirements.

- Stakeholder Management: Ability to manage relationships and communicate effectively with stakeholders.

- Document of Understanding (DOU) and Functional Specification Document (FSD): Experience in creating and maintaining DOU, FSD, and other project documentation.

- Microsoft Word Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing.

- Template Creation: Ability to create templates for project documentation and reports.

- Documentation Skills: Excellent skills in documenting processes, requirements, and project outcomes.

- Business Analysis Knowledge: Sound understanding of business analysis principles and methodologies.

- Payment Domain Expertise (Issuance/CMS): Hands-on experience and expertise in the payment domain, particularly in Issuance and CMS.

Preferred Skills :

- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools like Confluence.

- Experience in conducting user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing (SIT).

- Ability to analyze data using tools like Excel or SQL.

Education and Certifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.

- Certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP) is a plus.
