Business Analyst - Financial Services

We are hiring Manager/Lead - Business Analyst for our client based at Gurgaon/Bangalore/Pune/Hyderabad.

Summary:

Business Analysts to drive end-to-end business analysis for key digital transformation initiatives across domains such as Cards, Payments, Accounts, and Security. The ideal candidates will combine deep domain expertise with strong stakeholder management and delivery capabilities in an Agile environment.

Requirements:

- Should have 7 to 14 years of experience in business analysis, including leadership of BA teams in financial services or digital transformation projects.

- Strong domain expertise in Cards, Payments, Accounts, or Security.

- Proven experience in Agile delivery frameworks (Scrum or SAFe preferred).

- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Confluence for requirement and backlog management.

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills.

- Ability to work across time zones and manage priorities in fast-paced delivery environments.

- Demonstrated experience in requirement elicitation, documentation, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage a team of Business Analysts, ensuring alignment across projects and domains.

- Remain hands-on, actively contributing to business analysis and requirement gathering activities.

- Drive discovery and pre-discovery phases, defining clear requirements and business outcomes across multiple markets and time zones.

- Collaborate closely with Digital Product Managers, Product Owners, and Business Outcome Leads to influence and align priorities.

- Guide and mentor BAs on best practices, documentation standards, and stakeholder engagement.

- Ensure timely delivery of requirements while managing multiple parallel streams effectively.

- Maintain strong domain understanding in at least one or more areas: Cards, Payments, Accounts, or Security/Authentication.

- Manage stakeholder expectations, provide regular updates, and escalate risks where necessary.

- Demonstrate resilience, adaptability, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
